We've set up a sample
umpire database for you to
explore, with different logins to illustrate a few of the optional
features.
Feel free to explore and use the system to see how it works. Certain features, such as record
deletion and email notification, have been disabled. There are
descriptive 'Help' links in the upper right corner of most pages. Also,
when logged on as Administrator, there is a 'Setup Help' link at the
bottom of every page with detailed information on the system's use.
Note: The database offers two methods of
user administration, a simple method for leagues that only need a few
universal logins, and a more detailed method that requires umpires to
create a personal profile by registering online. The sample database
uses the more detailed method, so you can see some of the advanced
features, such as team point calculations. However, because features
available in a regular system depend on selections you make as administrator, we've had to
modify this sample database for ease of use. For example, in a regular
system using this method of user administration, umpires may only enter
their own username or full name in the assignment request forms. Here in
the sample, you may enter any name you wish. There are a number of other
changes as well. The best way to determine if the system will satisfy
your needs is to place an order. This will allow you thirty days to use
a fully working system to make up your mind before sending payment. You have no obligation if
you decide against it.
Use
the links below to access the database as umpire. There are no
database restrictions. Each user has a different team
representation. |

database control. After you login, click on the
navigation links at the bottom of the page to see various Admin
options. "Admin Config" is where you select most of the settings
for system administration. |
