services designed for youth and amateur sports leagues. Use of these
resources, and the Site in general (hereafter referred to as "the Service")

way, you signify that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound
by this agreement. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use,
you must exit Cgisports.com immediately.

contracting league or club only. Customers may not share or provide access to services
provided by this website with any other organization, association, league, club or
individual for any reason without express permission of Cgisports.com. Any violation
of this policy will result in immediate termination of customer's account without
recourse or refund.
4. CANCELLATION
You agree that Cgisports.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or
cancel your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your
access to or use of the Service immediately and without notice, and delete any
data or information submitted by you, for any reason without limitation.
You agree that Cgisports.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party
for any cancellation of your access to the Service. You also agree not to attempt
to use the Service after said cancellation. If your account is cancelled by us
without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused hosting period
remaining on your account. If your account is cancelled because of a violation of
these Terms of Use, there will be no refund.
5. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE
You agree that Cgisports.com may limit use of the Service in any way deemed
necessary, including but not limited to the maximum number of days data
is stored by the Service, the maximum number and size of data and information
submitted, email messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored
by the Service. We may also limit the frequency with which you access the Service.
You agree that Cgisports.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion
or failure to store any information, data, and/or documents maintained or transmitted
by the Service. You acknowledge that Cgisports.com reserves the right at any time
to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice,
and that Cgisports.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for
any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
