1. ACCEPTANCE

Cgisports.com (the "Site") is an independent provider of database hosting 
services designed for youth and amateur sports leagues. Use of these 
resources, and the Site in general (hereafter referred to as "the Service") 
are subject to the following Terms of Use. By using the Service in any 
way, you signify that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound 
by this agreement. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Use, 
you must exit Cgisports.com immediately.

These Terms of Use are subject to change without prior notice at any time, at our
sole discretion, so you should review these Terms of Use each time you use 
Cgisports.com. All changes will be posted here. Continuing to use this Site after we 
have posted notice of these changes means that you agree to the changes.

	 
2. CONTENT

You agree that all information, data, text, files, documents, or other materials 
("Content") submitted to the Service are the sole responsibility of the person 
submitting such Content. You are entirely responsible for each individual item 
of Content that you submit, email or otherwise make available by the Service. 
You understand that Cgisports.com does not control, and is not responsible for 
Content made available through the Service. You agree that you must evaluate and 
bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, that you may not rely on 
said Content in any way, and that under no circumstances will Cgisports.com be 
liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred 
as a result of the use of any Content made available via the Service. You 
acknowledge that Cgisports.com does not approve any Content, but that 
Cgisports.com shall have the right in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or 
move any Content made available via the Service for violating the letter or 
spirit of these Terms of Use or for any other reason.


3. EXCLUSIVE USE

All services provided by this website are intended for the sole use and benefit of 
contracting league or club only. Customers may not share or provide access to services 
provided by this website with any other organization, association, league, club or 
individual for any reason without express permission of Cgisports.com. Any violation 
of this policy will result in immediate termination of customer's account without 
recourse or refund.
	 

4. CANCELLATION

You agree that Cgisports.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to delete or 
cancel your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your 
access to or use of the Service immediately and without notice, and delete any 
data or information submitted by you, for any reason without limitation. 
You agree that Cgisports.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party 
for any cancellation of your access to the Service. You also agree not to attempt 
to use the Service after said cancellation. If your account is cancelled by us 
without cause, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused hosting period 
remaining on your account. If your account is cancelled because of a violation of 
these Terms of Use, there will be no refund.


5. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

You agree that Cgisports.com may limit use of the Service in any way deemed 
necessary, including but not limited to the maximum number of days data
is stored by the Service, the maximum number and size of data and information 
submitted, email messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored 
by the Service. We may also limit the frequency with which you access the Service. 
You agree that Cgisports.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion 
or failure to store any information, data, and/or documents maintained or transmitted 
by the Service. You acknowledge that Cgisports.com reserves the right at any time 
to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, 
and that Cgisports.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for 
any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You agree that use of this Site and the Service is entirely at your own risk. 
This site and the Service are provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis, 
without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible by

associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the Site

components. Cgisports.com disclaims any warranties for the security, 
reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the Cgisports.com

You acknowledge that any transmission to and from this site is not
confidential and your communications may be read or intercepted by others. 
You acknowledge that by submitting communications to us and by posting 
information on the site, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied 
or other relationship is created between you and us other than pursuant

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Cgisports.com be liable for direct, 
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting 
from any aspect of your use of the Site or the Service, whether the 
damages arise from use or misuse of the Site or the Service, from inability 
to use the Site or the Service, or the interruption, suspension, modification, 
alteration, or termination of the Site or the Service. Cgisports.com makes 
no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or legality of any 
Content submitted to this Site, or any material made available for download 
and/or viewing.

Neither Cgisports.com, nor its owners, shall be liable for incidental, 
indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any 
kind, including but not limited to lost revenues or profits, past, present or 
future, loss of business, loss of income or any potential income, or any 
asset, for use of any service provided by this website, for reliance upon any 
information posted on this website or for any claim, loss or injury based 
on errors or omission, interruptions or any other inaccuracies appearing 
on Cgisports.com. Any claim against Cgisports.com shall be limited 
to the amount paid, if any, for services rendered by this website.


8. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Cgisports.com and its owners harmless 
from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court 
costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit 
to or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your

and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

and other User information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith
belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to 
comply with legal process, respond to claims that anyContent violates the rights 
of third-parties, or protect the rights, property, and/or personal safety of 
Cgisports.com, its Users or the general public. 


10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Cgisports.com and 
govern your use of the Service, superceding any and all prior agreements between you 
and Cgisports.com. The laws of the State of California will govern these Terms of Use, 
as well as any claim that might arise between you and Cgisports.com, without regard 
to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive 
jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Ventura, California.

and other laws and is the property of Cgisports.com or the party submitting

by the person submitting such data. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,

exploit any such content, nor may you distribute any part of this content 
over any network, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct
