you for your interest in the Boys Weekend of the 26th Annual California
Strawberry Cup,
Camarillo AYSO Region 68 takes great pride in hosting one of the top AYSO Soccer Tournaments in the Nation. We invite your Boys AYSO team to join us on May 4th and 5th.
Your team is not guaranteed a spot in our tournament until we receive ALL requested signed paperwork and entry fees.
Items needed:1. Online Team Application page2. Online Roster3. Online Referee Information page4. T-Shirt Order form5. Blue Sombrero generated Roster6. Guest Player form (if needed)
7. Entry fee check
We cap the number of teams we accept from one AYSO Region. No more than 4 teams will be accepted from any one Region in 10U or 12U and two teams in 14U, 16U and 19U unless flights cannot be filled. (Example: 4 maximum B10U teams from one single region)
We ONLY accept applications thru the USPS. Please do not send via FEDEX or UPS with signature required. Your package will be returned unopened.
