On Game Day

1- Please check in at the referee table at least 15 - 20 minutes prior to your game assignment, IN FULL and Complete Referee Uniform, ready to referee.

2-Coaches will have Game Cards on the fields, Please ensure that you do a Safety check on all Players and that you have a game card from each team completely filled out. 

After the match, Observe the Team Sportsmanship Clap, then complete the front and back of the game card. Please write on the game cards legibly, ensuring that you write what team you want your points credited to. Include any cards (Yellow or Red) given to players and if you had any issues with Coaches or Spectators during the match. Write this information on the back of the game card. If you issued any cards, ensure you know what the player numbers was. Any RED cards given to player must have a separate Misconduct report filled out as well as the game cards. Below is the link for the match Misconduct report. Then return both game cards filled out to the Referee check in table.

YOU WILL SEE A PLASTIC BOX AT THE CHECK IN TABLE, LABELED GAME CARDS, ALL COMPLETED GAME CARDS MUST BE PUT INTO THIS BOX
